National Solar is a business unit of Bijoy Business Solution and Services Private Limited an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company Registered under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. National solar was established in 2015 in order to supply alternative energy solutions for its customers in various parts of India. "NATIONAL SOLAR is an authorized channel partner of MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) for execution of Solar Rooftop On-Grid Projects." We accomplish our mission by the virtue of our team of the skilled and dedicated employees who equally shares and respects the company’s motto.
With our commitment towards our goal and the consistency throughout these years, we have been able to build great business relationship with all types of businesses, some as customers, some and vendors and some as common goal achievers. Currently, we are working as Project Channel Partner for almost all major manufacturing companies operating in the field of Energy and active in Eastern India, among others.

Founders:
Kalyan Chatterjee
Kalyan Chatterjee leads theProject Management, Business Development and Customer Relationship functions at National Solar. He has over 7 years of experience in solar and electronics sectors with over 9 years in business experience. He holds M.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication. He has been part of several research projects at CMERI before starting his business journey.
Subrata Chatterjee
Subrata Chatterjee leads the Marketing, Business Development and Operations functions at National Solar. He has over 8 years of experience working at major MNC across different global locations and developing IT solutions for few of global leading companies. He holds a B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
Management:
Sanjay Mitra
Having a cross-industry experience of over 25 years and a eternal drive to explore and learn new developments in the solar energy technology, MrMitra is part of the National Solar team from our initial days of journey. He is currently looking after the sales and marketing across Eastern Region. His key strengths are Customer Handling and Customer Relationship management.
Indradev Kumar
Graduated as Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumental Engineering. A Goal-oriented Professional with more than 6 Years of Experience on project execution, commissioning guidelines, Operation& Maintenance, Safety Management ,Plant Equipment Monitoring & String Monitoring, Solar Energy management, fault reduction. Currently he is responsible for the handing all the technical as well as management aspects of projects. He has a strong inclination towards spirituality and his key strength is focus.
MrinmoyGoswami
Having worked on multiple domains of business for more than 8 years, he is one of the key members in establishing National Solar and being part of the journey from the very initial days. He is an expert in on-field technical aspects of all Solar projects that includes Solar Power Plants, Solar Street lights, Solar Water Pumps, etc. He is a great team player and skilled in project supervision and manpower handling.
Arup Pattnaik
Having a MCA degree with more than 15 years of experience across multiple industry domains, he is currently heading the Project Management and Execution at National Solar. He has expertise on Project Sales, Project planning, designing, procurement, manpower planning and handling, Industrial Customer handling, Plant Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance among others. He possesses great leadership skills and people handling skills. Dedication is his work mantra.
Soumen Chatterjee
He is a BCA graduate with more than 15 years of work experience in Industrial domain. He is a person with high values moderate living. He is responsible for managing the accounts and finances. Discipline and dedication are the words that best describes his personality and work style.
Abhishek Chatterjee
Graduated as Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology. He is having 16+ years of experience with multiple industry leading companies on various Technical and Business Development roles. A goal-oriented and higher disciplined professional he is currently responsible for handling the Business Development roles as well as being part of the management decisions for EPC projects and opportunities.

Payal Kundu
Educational Qualification – BE in Electrical.
Years of Work Experience – 3 years.
Job Roles – Monitoring , co-ordinate with site team, Documentation.
Key Strength – Having a client focused approach skills including patience , Attentiveness and a
positive attitude. Implementing time management & Prioritizing task as per importance. Flexibility
in order to adapt to evolving technologies.
Bidyut Dey
Educational Qualification – B.Tech in Civil.
Years of Work Experience – 4 years.
Job Roles – Installation & execution of Roof top solar, Solar pump,Solar street light etc.
Key Strength – Vast knowledge in field work. Take responsibilities and challenge to achieve goal.
Aryanth Kumar
Educational Qualification –B.VOC in Renewable Energy.
Years of Work Experience – 2 years.
Job Roles – service and maintain all equipment of site, Tool Handling, site inspection ,Manpower
handling at site.
